You agree not to:
Important: AICVS compliance certificates are evidence of automated technical review, not legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. They are designed as supporting documentation for human-led compliance processes. Always engage qualified legal and compliance professionals for definitive regulatory assessments.
AICVS certificates represent that a file was scanned by our automated system on a given date and the findings are accurately reported. They do not constitute a legal opinion, a certified audit, or a guarantee of EU AI Act compliance.
You retain full ownership of any source code you upload. AICVS does not claim any rights over your code. The AICVS platform, analysis engine, reports, and brand are owned by Rivoryn Limited and protected by copyright and trademark law.
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Render, Vercel, Stripe).
Enterprise plan customers are entitled to a custom SLA. Contact hello@aicvs.io.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days except where legally required to retain it.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Rivoryn Limited's total liability for any claim arising from use of AICVS is limited to the total fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including regulatory fines you may receive even after using AICVS certificates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before courts in their country of residence.
