AICVS (AI Compliance Verification System) is an EU AI Act readiness workspace: AI system inventory, likely risk classification, suggested controls, evidence, vendor due diligence, policy lifecycle, human oversight, consultant workspaces, and readiness reports and audit packs based on available records. Technical Evidence Scans add optional source-level signals mapped to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 when you run them. Readiness support, not legal certification.
The EU AI Act applies to many companies operating in the EU that use AI — from small software teams using AI-enabled workflows to large regulated organisations deploying credit scoring models. But the regulation is long, the enforcement timeline is approaching, and the existing tools often feel either generic and developer-led or heavyweight and enterprise-led.
AICVS fills the gap: affordable, code-aware compliance for the 99% of EU companies that aren't large enough for Big Four consulting.
Registered in Ireland (Companies Registration Office). Based in Limerick.
AICVS is the company's primary product. A patent has been filed via IPOI (Irish Patents Office) covering the core 13-method AI code detection pipeline. An EUTM trademark application is planned.
Source code is analysed in memory and is not intentionally retained. AICVS stores scan metadata only: filename, score, status, detected signals, article mappings, and cryptographic evidence hashes. Core application data is processed in the EU using Supabase EU region and Render Frankfurt.
